Our vision is of a nation where no one is needlessly blind from avoidable causes for which reason there will be at least two (2) ophthalmic nurses in each district of all the Sixteen (16) regions of Ghana.

Goal
To build up the capacity of the School to be able to deliver its major responsibility of producing an average of 80 students per year.
